US Government Customers - Shop for our products on GSA Advantage or use GSA eBuy to request a Quote:	The Universal Target Control Station (UTCS) is a portable control system designed to allow quick shipboard or land-based installation and operation. This self-contained system provides complete target tracking and control functions for air, ground and sea targets and unmanned vehicles. The UTCS provides an independent target tracking and navigation capability using self-monitored GPS position as well as GPS position information telemetered from the target. Target navigation is accomplished using and electronic map display. The Electronic map is a color duplicate of any scanned/digitized map or naval chart to allow any paper map to be used as a background for target navigation and provide optimum operator familiarity. The map scrolls to keep the portion of interest centered on the monitor. Target and UTCS positions, velocity and courses for both are symbolically overlaid on the map and color coded to distinguish them. Other navigational features (which can be graphically edited) such as waypoints and target track are also overlaid on the electronic map. Video displays, control panel windows, status information and operator warnings/ alerts are also displayed.
